* For the second half of the 1990s, there were various guide to Warhammer minis published in different countries. The Citadel Annuals were published in the UK, but also available in the US (I think). The current lines of minis were shown in complete bitz form in the Annuals. But some lines of minis were left out entirely from these Catalogs if they were being redesigned at the time. The missing minis were still available from Mail Order, as were various minis that were not in the current lines (like the Squats).
There were also Citadel Catalogs in North America, showing the various assortments as packaged for the continent. They were sometimes complete for all the current ranges, sometimes they were split up into 40K, WFB, and Epic.
I am not really sure what Catalogs or References were produced from 2001 to 2004.
